The JCK Hospitality Pcl. (“The Company”) operates restaurant business, suki shabu buffet restaurants under the concept of “All you can eat” under the brands “Hot Pot Inter Buffet”, “Hot Pot Gold” and “Shabu Tomo”, grill buffet restaurants and Korean-style Grilling under the brands “Daidomon” and “Daidomon Korean Grill”, a la carte suki-shabu restaurant under the brand “Hot Pot Suki Shabu”, a Chinese style restaurant under the brand “Zheng Dou Grand” by Hong Kong Chef serving Chinese food, seafood and dim sum, selected from fresh ingredients with a friendly atmosphere inside the restaurant, as well as the Company was granted the right to operate a restaurant business under the trade name “Burger & Lobster” in Thailand, a well-known bistro restaurant located in London, England, with the Company opening its first branch in November 2022 at Siam Paragon. Moreover, the Company also started the hotel business in Chiang Rai province which is operated by a subsidiary of the Company.

In 2022, the Company operated restaurants under 8 brands as follows;

1) Hot Pot Inter Buffet The international buffet restaurants serve Suki Shabu and wide variety of international food over 100 menus plus desserts, ice cream and soft drinks on the counter bar providing the foods that customers can select by themselves or served to the table at the price of Baht 399/499 per person to let the customers enjoy the meal unlimited within 1 hour and 30 minutes. In some branches, the customers can add a roaster to have both boiling pot and grill roaster at their table with additional charge of Baht 60 per person.
2) Hot Pot Gold Shabu and grill buffet restaurant in a premium, modern style, and serving with all selected ingredients. The restaurant is a table service, the customers can enjoy self-serving at a counter bar with a variety of sauces, snacks, salad bar, fruits, desserts, ice cream and a wide range of beverages at a price of 399/459 Baht per person for all-you-can-eat for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
3) Hot Pot Suki Shabu The restaurants offer A La Carte (ordering meal from the menu) Suki Shabu, roasted duck and superb “authentic recipe” dipping sauce and buffet at a price of Baht 299 per person.
4) Daidomon Japanese grilled buffet restaurants that are popular among locals for a long time with special marinated sauce and unique taste of dipping sauce which is perfectly matched with fresh ingredients. The restaurant is a table service, the customers can enjoy self-serving at a counter bar with a variety of sauces, snacks, salad bar, fruits, desserts, ice cream and a wide range of beverages at a price of 399/499 Baht (including drinks) per person for all-you-can-eat for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
5) Daidomon Korean Grilled The Korean grilled buffet style which focuses on special premium ingredients and imported meat of the highest quality together with a variety of Korean dishes to taste. The restaurant is a table service, the customers can enjoy self-serving at a counter bar with a variety of sauces, snacks, salad bar, fruits, desserts, ice cream and a wide range of beverages at a price of 359/459/518 Baht per person at the Ayutthaya city park and 399/517/646 Baht per person at Central Ubon and the Future Park Rungsit Branch (including drinks) which customers can eat for all-you-can-eat for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
6) Zheng Dou Grand Zheng Dou Grand is a Chinese restaurant serving seafood and Dim sum serving with fresh and premium ingredients. Moreover, every dish is well prepared by the Hong Kong Chef with more than 30 years of experience to ensure that every dish maintain its value with traditional recipe.
7) Shabu Tomo Shabu Tomo is a premium Japanese style shabu with a great quality and selected fresh ingredients, starting at a price of Baht 599 per person, Ready to serve as a private pot to meet the new Normal needs. Whether you come alone or in a group, there are either counter bars, tables or special lounges available for service.
8) Burger & Lobster Burger & Lobster is an English restaurant with international branches with famous main menus, prime beef from a farm in Nebraska, Atlantic lobster imported from Canada, and Original Lobster Roll, which is the uniqueness of simplicity and the key of Burger & Lobster. Furthermore, Burger & Lobster serves dishes inspired by local flavors and ingredients such as Khao Soi Lobster, as well as seasonal menus and outstanding beverage.

As of December 31, 2022, the Company has restaurants including its branches which are operated of total 43 branches which consist of Hot Pot 33 branches (divided to 23 Hot Pot Inter Buffet branches, 5 Hot Pot Inter Buffet with the grilling menus branches, 3 Hot Pot Gold branches and 2 Hot Pot Suki Shabu branches), 2 Daidomon branches, 3 Daidomon Korean grill branches, 2 Zheng Dou Grand branches, 2 Shabu Tomo branches and 1 Burger & Lobster branch.

The Company’s restaurants are located in Bangkok and metropolitan areas, including other provinces, covering all regions of the country which are mostly located in departments, modern trade centers, and various shopping centers to facilitate the accessibility of the target customers. In 2022, the Company operated “Shabu Tomo” and “Burger & Lobster” in order to reach a group of premium customers who are middle-class to high-end customers, as well as tourists and foreigners which result to cover all level of customers target group.

Furthermore, the Company also sells seasoning sauce of Daidomon’s original recipe and suki sauce of Hot Pot for retail and wholesale, and started a frozen food business under the brand “Hotpot Shabu Go” as well as Membership cards for discounts and other benefits.

Our factory or central kitchen is located at Lamlukka District, Pathumthani Province on the area of 13-0-96 rai. The factory has been inspected and certified for production with quality standard in food industry such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) from Intertek Industry and Certification Services (Thailand) Ltd. The factory or central kitchen’s functions are raw materials procurement, semi-finished food production such as different types of meat balls, stuffed squids, and seasoning pork especially the sauces which are the major seasoning of Suki Shabu for delivering to all branch restaurants. The quality of foods and raw materials, flavors of food and sauces have been controlled to have the same standard at all branches. New dishes, recipes and several semi-finished foods have been developed in order to be prepared easily by branches and have the same standard of quality. Moreover, menus have also been developed and improved the taste in order to develop the food as a semi-finished food. Therefore, the production capacity and capacity utilization rate are measured from the number of production employees and the maximum amount of food that the production employees used to produce each day. Most of the food production are more likely to use in a labor-intensive form, therefore, the used of tools such as cutters and mixers, making capacity measurements from the capabilities of the tools are not reflecting the total production capacity.

The Company has a logistics system to transport the raw materials and foods from the factories or central kitchens to all branches throughout the country by using the transportation of the Company and external transport companies which provides the Company the ability to control the quality, freshness, timing and cost efficiently, including the supply of the utensils, equipment and kitchenware to all branches to keep control of the standard and its unique identity of the Company.

In addition, the factory or central kitchen is also the storage facility for preserving both fresh and dried raw materials, semi-finished foods, ingredients, kitchen appliances and utensils in restaurant etc. with adequate preparation and reservation plan to meet the requirement of each branch.

The Company controls quality and standard of services in every branch. All restaurant staffs will be trained regularly as they are considered as critical factor to deliver successful customer services which is satisfying and maintaining good relationship with our customers to keep them coming back to our restaurants.
